Makoon

In development. Launching 2027.

One system for growing companies.

Makoon is a new ERP for small and mid-sized businesses, built from the ground up so that a company can start simple and grow into more control without changing systems. It is being built now and is not available yet.

Its design puts one idea first: every business action in the system runs through one path, leaves one auditable record, and is governed by the company's own workflow rules, so that what the system says happened is what happened.

Read the principles

Who it is for

Owners and finance leads of small and mid-sized companies who have outgrown spreadsheets or a first accounting tool, and need one system for finance, sales, purchasing, stock, people and approvals. Companies that expect to grow into stricter control, such as approvals, audit and separation of duties, and do not want to re-implement when they do.

What it believes

One path for every action

Every create, post, approve or change runs through a single governed path. There is no side door.

Every action leaves a receipt

What was asked, what was decided, what happened and why, recorded at the moment it happens.

Your workflow is the control plane

Approvals, delegation and separation of duties are rules you set. The system enforces them on every action.

All six principles

Planned scope

Planned, in development, and not yet available: finance and general ledger, sales and quotes, purchasing, inventory, tax, fixed assets, people and leave, service work, documents and evidence, approvals and workflow, and reporting.
